【摘要】 【目的】探讨中药 2号口服液对口腔黏膜扁平苔藓 (OLP)患者免疫功能的影响。【方法】采用SP法检测 6 0例OLP治疗前后病损区角朊细胞 (KC)异常表达人白细胞分化抗原DR区 (HLA DR)抗原的情况。【结果】6 0例OLP标本治疗前KC均不同程度的表达HLA DR ;经中药 2号口服液治疗后 ,HLA DR的表达显著减少 ,不同疗效组间差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。【结论】OLP的发病机理与机体的免疫功能低下引起的自身免疫反应有关。中药 2号口服液通过调整机体的免疫功能 ,抑制自身免疫反应 ,从而取得较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) No.2 Drink on the immune function in patients with oral lichen planus (OLP).The abnormal expressions of human leukocyte antigen-DR (HLA-DR) in keratinocytes (KC) within lesions of 60 patients with OLP were detected by immunohistochemical SP method before and after treatment.Various degree expressions of HLA-DR were found in keratinocytes of all 60 patients with OLP before therapy. Having treated with TCM No.2 Drink, the expression of HLA-DR decreased obviously and there were statistically higher significant differences among groups showing different therapeutic efficacy (P<0.01).[Conclusions]The pathogenesis of OLP is related to autoimmune reaction caused by the lowered immune function of body. TCM No.2 Drink can inhibit the autoimmune reaction through readjustment of immune function , thus achieving a better clinical efficiency.更多还原
