【摘要】 目的:研究乳腺钼靶摄影结合CT在乳腺癌保乳手术中的应用价值。方法:将钼靶摄影结合CT诊断为乳癌的100例1期和2期乳癌病人随机分为两组。保留乳房手术组53例,采用乳腺区段切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫术;改良根治术组47例,采用乳腺全切加腋窝淋巴结清扫术,两组均行放疗、化疗和内分泌治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:根据术后疗效观察,保乳手术组5年生存率和复发率分别为91.8%和1.7%;改良根治术组5年生存率和复发率分别为82%和2.6%。结论:钼靶摄影与CT扫描有优势互补作用,对乳腺癌的早期诊断有重要价值。钼靶摄影结合CT在乳癌保乳术中具有诊断价值和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application value of mammography in combinat ion with computed tomography (CT) for conservative surgery in the treatment of breast cancers. Met hods: 100 women with breast cancer in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱexamined by mammography in combination with comp uted tomography (CT) were randomly divided into two groups. 53 cases were treated by segmental mastec tomy (Group A) and 47 cases who underwent modified radical mastectomy by total mastectomy plus axillar y dissection (Group B). All patients of two groups received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine tre atments. The treatment results from both groups were compared. Results: 5 years survival rates and recu rrence rates were 91 % and 1.7 % (in group A) and 82 % and 2.6 % (in group B) respectively. The two g roups showed signifi- cantly difference in 5 years survival rate. Conclusions: Mammography in combinat ion with computed tom- ography (CT) is of diagnostic value for conservative surgery in the treatment of breast cancers ..更多还原
