【摘要】 目的:探讨肺耐药相关蛋白(lungresistance-relatedprotein,LRP)在非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcelllungcancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其临床相关性。方法:用SP免疫组化方法检测62例术前均未进行化疗及放疗的NSCLC组织中LRP的表达。同时,用原位杂交方法检测21例新鲜肺癌组织中LRPmRNA的表达。结果:在NSCLC中LRP蛋白及mRNA表达的阳性率分别为75.8%(47/62例);61.9%(13/21例)。LRP蛋白表达与LRPmRNA的表达呈一致性(P<0.05)。LRP蛋白表达与分化程度相关(P<0.05)。结论:LRP与NSCLC的耐药明显相关,是一个有效判断预后的敏感指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate lung drug-resistance related protein (LRP) expression in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical correlation. Method: S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine expression of LRP protein in 62 cases of NSCLC,who had not been treated by chemotherapy and radiotherapy before surgery. The mRNA levels of LRP gene from 21 freezing fresh specimens were detected by In situ hybridization at the same time. Results: The positive rates of both LRP and mRNA expressions were 75.8%(47/62)and 61.9%(13/21)respectively. The expressions of both LRP and mRNA showed remarkable uniformity(P < 0.05). The LRP expression was significantly correlated with degree of tumor differentiation(P < 0.05). Conclusions: The LRP expression is correlates with the multiple drug- resistance of NSCLC and it is a effective and sensitive index for prognosis.更多还原
