【摘要】 目的:观察痤疮丙酸杆菌(Propionibacterium aches,P.acnes)对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法:BALB／c小鼠随机分组分别腹腔注射(ip)P.acnes、环磷酰胺(Cytoxan,CTX)、P.acnes加CTX和生理盐水。采用MTT比色分析法检测各组小鼠脾细胞增殖反应,粘附酵母检测红细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的C3b受体活性。结果:P.acnes ip后,脾细胞增殖反应、红细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞表面的C3b受体活性均比正常对照组有一定的增强;P.acnes加CTX ip后,脾细胞增殖反应、腹腔巨噬细胞表面的C3b受体活性均比单独CTX ip组有一定的提升。结论:P.acnes ip对小鼠的免疫功能有一定的刺激作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To observe the regulatory effect of Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) on mice im-mmunical function. Methods : The four groups BALB/c mice were administed respectively P. acnes, cy-toxan(CTX),P.acnes + CTX and 0.9% NaCl(normal control)by ip.The proliferation response to Con A of spleen cell were assayed by MTT. The C3b receptor activity of red cell and peritoneal macrophage were measured. Results: The C3b receptor activity of red cell in P. acnes group (9. 50 % ) was higher than 0.9% NaCl group ( 6 . 20 % ) , P < 0. 05 . The proliferation response of spleen cell in P. acnes + CTX group(0.1533 OD date)was higher than CTX group(0.0812 OD date), P < 0.05 .The C3b receptor activity of peritoneal macrophage in P. acnes + CTX group was higher than CTX group. Conclusion : P. acnes by ip can regulate the immune Junction of mice .更多还原
