【摘要】 目的 :探讨E 钙粘素 (E cad)在肝细胞癌 (HCC)中的表达及其与肝细胞癌病理分级、临床分期浸润和转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学检测 48例肝细胞癌石蜡包埋标本中E cad的表达情况。结果 :48例中E cad的异常表达率为 62 1% ,E cad的异常表达率在病理分级、临床分期间比较差异有显著性意义(P <0 0 1)。E cad异常表达率在有癌栓形成、无包膜组显著高于无癌栓、有胞膜组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :E cad异常表达与肝细胞癌的恶性程度有关 ,可以作为检测肝细胞癌侵袭转移的良好生物学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the relationship between E-cad expression and the pathological grade,clinical stage in HCC.Methods: E-cad was detected in 48 cases with HCC by using immunohistochemical method.Results: The abnormal expression rate of E-cad was 62.1%. The abnormal expression was related to the pathological grade,clinical stage,(P<0.01).Conclusion: Abnormal expression of E-cad is related to malignant tendency of HCC,and be used as a marker of grade,stage of HCC.更多还原
