【摘要】 目的 :研究雄激素 (androgn ,AR)、雌激素 (estorgen ,ER)和孕激素受体 (progestinreceptors ,PR)在成年女性外生殖器尖锐湿疣中的表达情况。方法 :用免疫组化SP法检验 2 5例女性外生殖器尖锐湿疣中AR、ER和PR的表达。结果 :2 5例外生殖器标本中 ,AR和PR均表达为阳性 ,而无一例表达ER阳性。结论 :雄激素和孕激素在女性外生殖器尖锐湿疣的代谢调节中可能起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expressions of androgen (AR), estrogen (ER), and progestin receptors (PR) in genital condyloma acuminatum of adult females.Methods: The AR, ER and PR were detected in 25 samples of genital condyloma acuminatum from 25 adult females by immunohistochemical stain S-P method.Results: AR and PR were expressed in all of 25 samples of genital condyloma acuminatum, while ER was not expressed in all of the 25.Conclusion: It is indicated that the sex hormones: androgen and progestin may play an important role in regulating the metabolism of female genital condyloma acuminatum.更多还原
