脑梗死患者血清和脑脊液中微量元素检测

【摘要】 目的 :观察脑梗死患者血清及脑脊液 (CSF)中微量元素的变化。方法 :采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法 ,测定脑梗死患者 80例及对照组 4 0例血清及CSF中Zn、Cu、Fe、P、Ca、Mg含量。结果 :脑梗死组血清及CSF中Cu、Zn含量及Cu/Zn比值高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,Mg含量低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Fe、P、Ca含量 2组间无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组血清各元素测值与CSF测值间均无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :急性脑梗死患者血清及CSF中Cu、Zn、Cu/Zn增高 ,Mg降低 ,Fe、P、Ca无明显变化

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the changes of some trace elements in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Zn,Cu,Fe,P,Ca,Mg levels in the serum and CSF were measured with induct ance-coincidence equivalent ionic object’s atom emitting spectrum method in 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 40 control subjects. Results: Cu,Zn levels and Cu/Zn ratio of serum and CSF in cerebral infarction patients were significantly higher than those of the control (P<0.01). Mg level was significantly lower than that of the control(P<0.05). Fe,P,Ca levels did not significantly change compared to those of the control (P>0.05). Conclusion: Cu,Zn levels, and Cu/Zn ratio in serum and in CSF of patients with cerebral infarction increase,and Mg level decreases. Fe,P,Ca levels had not significantly change.
