篦齿眼子菜、沼生水马齿对汞的耐受性与浓缩性研究
Study on Concentrate and Tolerance of Callitriche Palustris L.and Potamogeton Pectinatus L. for Hg
【摘要】 研究了眼子菜、水马齿两种沉水植物对无机汞污染的耐受性与浓缩性。在低于 0 0 5mg/L的汞污染环境中 ,两种植物均能保持正常的增节、长高、增重等生长状态。叶是两种植物对汞的主要浓缩器官 ,在处理汞为 0 0 0 0 5mg/L时 ,鲜眼子菜浓缩系数可达 17 32 5 ,鲜水马齿浓缩系数可达12 4 78,在处理汞为 0 0 5mg/L,鲜眼子菜浓缩系数为 1 996 ,鲜水马齿浓缩系数为 1 0 34,表明两种沉水植物对低于 0 0 5mg/L的汞污染有一定的耐受性和浓缩性 ,且眼子菜优于水马齿。
【Abstract】 The article studied concentrate and tolerance for abio-Hg of Callitriche palustris L.and Potamogeton pectinatus L.Both plant keep normal growth index such as burl increment,length increment,weightiness increment in condition with the Hg treatment level under 0.05、mg/L.The leaf is the main organ of plant to concentrate Hg. In the condition with the 0.000、5、mg/L Hg,concentrate coefficient of fresh Potamogeton pectinatus L.is 17.325, fresh Callitriche palustris L.is 12.478.In the condition with the 0.05、mg/L Hg,concentrate coefficient of fresh Potamogeton pectinatus L.is 1.996,of fresh Callitriche palustris L.is 1.034.All of these show two kinds plant can concentrate and tolerance for abio-Hg in condition with the Hg treatment level under 0.05、mg/L.Potamogeton pectinatus L.is better than Callitriche palustris L.
