【摘要】 目的为了研究餐具洗消剂残留及消毒效果,对餐具进行游离性余氯、ABS含量及大肠菌群检测;同时进行染菌实验和模拟现场等试验。方法亚甲兰分光光度法;邻联甲胺比色法;大肠菌群快速检验纸片法。结果游离性余氯合格率为76.4%,ABS合格率为86.6%,大肠菌群合格率为72.l%。染菌实验结果为消毒后碗的菌落总数均<1cfu/cm2,并均未检出大肠菌群。模拟现场实验ABS、余氯、大肠菌群合格率均为100%。结论表明餐具经洗涤剂洗刷冲水,再经灭菌净浸泡处理,并倒扣沥干后,即可达到灭菌效果,而且残留余氯也逐渐挥发,异味消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 To invest the residual and disinfectant affect of Xiao lotions in the tableware,sevetal expetiments had been done.First,detecting the free tesidual chlorine,ABS content and E.coli group numnbers,the results showed that the qualified rates of three indexes were76.4%、86.6%and72.1%respectively.On the same time ,contaminating bacterial experiment showed that the total numbets of bacterial were<1cfu/cm 2 and the E.coli group could not be found i bowl.In test of the mock spot,themock spot,the pualified rates of residual chlorine,ABS ahd E.coli colony were100%.After washing by detergent ,soaking treatment by Miejunuing and dtyimg by stahd upside the tableware,it can reach the disinfectant effects,the residualchlorine and volatile smell also can remove.更多还原
