【摘要】 应用粗糙集(RoughSet)理论研究了评价和预测问题中各因素的合理赋权问题,给出一种无需专家赋权和调查统计,仅仅从原始的统计数据中挖掘出各评价因素的权重的方法;并依据中国科学院可持续发展研究组所提供的评价指标体系和有关数据,对中国区域经济发展水平评价问题进行了权重挖掘,发现了各评价因素对总体水平评价的不同贡献;按照所得权重给出了新的评价结果,并根据所得权重及海南省经济发展水平现状进行了实证分析.更多还原

【Abstract】 By using fuzzy set and rough set theory,we investigate the evaluation of weighting and render a method to mine the weighting of judged factors from original statistic data without expers’ weighting evaluation and survey statistics.Meanwhile,we process weighted mining on the judgement of the regional economic development level bassd on the judgement index system and involved data supported by the research group of sustainable development in the Institute of Chinese Academy of Science,thus having obtained the present judged results.Moreover,we make empirical analyses of the economic development level of Hainan in line with the obtained weighting.更多还原
