氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的表面性能及作用机理研究

【摘要】 试验研究了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂ASP的表面性能、对水泥的减水分散效果和对混凝土的增强作用。结果表明 ,ASP是一种非引气型高效减水剂 ,在水泥颗粒上的吸附量及 ξ-电位均比萘系FDN小 ,但ASP具有比FDN更好的分散性能和使混凝土具有更高的抗压强度。ASP良好的分散能力是静电斥力和空间位阻共同作用的结果 ,其良好的减水能力和抑制初期水化的作用使混凝土具有高的抗压强度

【Abstract】 The surface performances of Aminosulfonic acid-based Superplasticizer ASP and the effect on the water-reduction (or dispersion) of cement and on the strengthening of concrete are experimentally studied. The results indicate that ASP is a type of non-air entraining superplasticizer, the zeta potential and adsorption amount are smaller than FDN, but it has better dispersing performance and higher compressive strength of concrete. Excellent dispersing performance of ASP is due to the co-action of electric repulsion and steric hindrance, and the excellent dispersing performance and the restraining of cement hydration at early stage lead to concrete having the high compressive strength.
