鸟氨酸脱羧酶及多胺对细胞增殖影响
The effect of ornithine decarboxylase and polyamines on cell proliferation
【摘要】 鸟氨酸脱羧酶(Ornithinedecarboxylase,ODC)是多胺生物合成中的限速酶,ODC活性和多胺水平对细胞增殖起关键作用.本文就近年来的有关报道,对它们的结构、对细胞增殖的影响及其作用机理加以综述.
【Abstract】 Ornithine decarboxylase( ODC) is the rate-limiting enzyme in polyamine biosynthesis, ODC activity and polyamine level play a key role in cell proliferating. Here the structure, the effect and mechanism of polyamines were described.
