四株微生物絮凝剂产生菌生长条件的研究

【摘要】 采用正交实验研究了淀粉、酵母膏、pH值3种因素对菌株HHE-P7、HHE-A8、HHE-P21、HHE-A26产絮凝剂的影响,得出了各菌株培养的优化比,并进一步通过实验证实在该优化配比的条件下,各菌株所产絮凝剂的絮凝效果都很高,对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝率达到95%以上.

【Abstract】 Influence of three factors including starch, yeast extract and initial pH value on microbial flocculants production were studied by orthogonal test. The optimal growing factors have been obtained. Results showed that each strain could produce strong-activity flocculants in the optimal growing conditions, with flocculating rate above 95% for kaolin suspension.
