开封市冬季低温分县预报方法
County Forecast of Low Temperature over Kaifeng in Winter
【摘要】 利用 1991～ 2 0 0 2年天气图资料和 1999～ 2 0 0 2年日本传真图、T10 6格点资料 ,分析了开封市低温天气的环流形势 ,确定了入型指标和分县预报指标 ,建立了低温预报方程。
【Abstract】 Based on the weather charts (1991～2002), Japan Facsimile charts (1999～2002) and T106 grid data, county forecast index is confirmed and low temperature forecast equation is founded in Kaifeng by analyzing circulation situation.
