【摘要】 霍山石斛叶为等面叶 ,气孔四列型 ,仅分布于下表皮。平行叶脉 1 3条 ,大小相间排列于叶肉中。茎表皮为 1层较小的扁长方形或椭圆形细胞 ,外侧具金黄色角质层 ;基本组织中散生有 2 3条外韧有限维管束。根被由 4～ 6层薄壁细胞组成 ,外皮层、内皮层和中柱鞘均由 1层薄壁细胞和厚壁细胞相间排列组成 ,薄壁细胞为通道细胞。辐射维管束六原型 ,无髓。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leaf is isobilateral,the stoma is quadrilateral and only distributes in lower epidermis. Thirteen veins line in the mesophyll,alternating bigger vein and smaller one.On epidermis of the stem a thick golden colour cuticle on its exterior cousists of smaller flat rectangular or ellipsoidal cell. There are 23 collateral closed bundles scattered in the ground tissues. The velamon consists of 4-6 layers of parenchymal cells. Each of the endodermis,exodermis and pericyele consists of a layer of sclerenchymal cells alternating orrangement with parenchymal passage cells. Rodial wascular bundle is of hexarch without pith.更多还原
