不同土壤肥力条件下施氮量对强筋小麦产量和蛋白质组分的影响
Effects of Nitrogenous Fertilizer Application on the Yield and Protein Component of Strong Gluten Wheat under Different Soil Fertilities
【摘要】 试验结果表明 ,在不同土壤肥力条件下 ,不同施氮量对强筋小麦的产量和蛋白质组分有显著的影响。成穗数随施氮量的增加而极显著地提高 ,千粒重则随其显著地下降 ;穗粒数随施氮量的增加逐渐上升 ,达到高峰后下降。氮肥对栽培强筋小麦的增产作用表现为低肥力 >高肥力。对小麦籽粒蛋白质组分的影响表现为高肥力条件施氮显著提高粗蛋白和清蛋白的含量 ;低肥力条件下施氮极显著的提高粗蛋白、清蛋白、醇溶蛋白和麦谷蛋白的含量。
【Abstract】 Field test in 2001-2003 showed that under different soil fertility,the effect of nitrogen quantities application was extremely notable on the yield and protein component of strong gluten wheat.The grain numbers per ear were increased gradually with N fertilizer applied,reaching its peak,and then reducd.The ear number was increased vertically and the thousand grains weight reduced gradually with N fertilizer applied.The effects of N application on yield increase were ordered as low soil fertility > high soil fertility.The effects of N application on protein component were that the contents of crude protein and albumin were increased in high soil fertility,and the contents of crude protein,albumin,prolamin and glutelin were increased in low soil fertility.
