【摘要】 从发病雏鸡肺脏、气囊分离到一种细菌 ,通过菌株形态、菌落性状、染色特性、培养特性、生化试验等一系列鉴定 ,确定为鼻气管鸟杆菌。该菌通过滴鼻、静脉注射 2种途径接种于易感的鸽子、肉鸡 ,3d后均发病 ,7d后部分死亡 ,产生以鼻流黏液、呼吸不畅和肺炎为主要特征的一种疾病 ,与自然病例极相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 A strain of bacteria has isolated from lungs, air sacculty of diseased broilers.It was identified as ornithobacterium rhinotracheale according to the bacteria’s staining, culturing and biochemical characteristics.The bacteria was inonulated to disease susceptible pigeons and broiler by ways of dripping nose and vein injection,which caused them disease after 3 days and death in some after 7 days,and produced a kind of disease with poor breath and pneumonia as main characteristic.更多还原
