【摘要】 试验研究了应激条件 (高温和免疫接种 )下VA 添加水平 ( 30 0 0 ,75 0 0和 1 2 0 0 0IU/kg)对蛋鸡血液中葡萄糖、尿酸含量和磷酸肌酸激酶活性的影响。结果表明 :不同的VA 添加水平对血液中葡萄糖、尿酸含量和磷酸肌酸激酶活性影响极显著 ;在 3个添加水平组中 ,1 2 0 0 0IU/kgVA 添加水平组效果最好 ,有利于维持机体的代谢平衡 ,缓解了应激。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of supplemental levels of V A (3000,7500 and 12000 IU/kg) on serum glucose(GLU)、urea acid(UA)level and creatine kinase (CPK) activity under high temperature and immunity inoculation were investigated in laying hens.The results indicated that significant effects of different V A levels on GLU、UA level and CPK activety were found in the experiment (P<0.01).Among 3 groups of V A supplemental levels 12000 IU/kg V A group was the best and helpful to maintain the metabolic balance of body.更多还原
