黄淮平原冬小麦旗叶光合特性研究
Studies on the Main Photosynthetic Characteristics of Flag Leaf in Winter Wheat on Huanghuai Plain
【摘要】 对黄淮平原 1 2个冬小麦品种灌浆中后期旗叶净光合速率等光合作用指标及光合作用日变化类型进行了研究。结果表明 ,冬小麦旗叶净光合速率为 1 8.2 3~ 2 4 .0 3μmol/(m2 .s) ,光补偿点为 1 9.86~ 48.5 5 μmol/(m2 .s) ,光饱和点 1 1 85~ 1 32 5 μmol/(m2 .s) ,CO2 补偿点为39.81~ 91 .2 3μmol/mol,光呼吸速率为 3.88~ 9.1 6μmol/(m2 .s) ,暗呼吸速率 1 .1 4~ 2 .46μmol/(m2 .s) ,羧化效率为 0 .0 71~ 0 .1 49,表观量子效率为 0 .0 4 0~ 0 .0 80。旗叶净光合速率日变化可以根据其净光合速率与有效辐射强度变化拟合系数的不同分为部分拟合、基本拟合和高度拟合 3种类型。
【Abstract】 Studies with 12 winter wheat cultivars from Huanghuai plain during mid-late grain filling stage in 2001-2002 showed that the net photosynthetic rates of flag leaf were 18.23-24.03 μmol/(m2.s),the light compensation point 19.86-48.55 μmol/(m2.s),the light saturation point 1185-1325 μmol/(m2.s),the CO 2 compensation point 39.81-91.23 μmol/mol,the photorespiration rates 3.88-9.16 μmol/(m2.s),dark respiration rates 1.14-2.46 μmol/ (m2.s),carboxylation efficiency 0.071-0.149,the apparent quantum effectiveness 0.040- 0.080.According to the fit coefficients of net photosynthetic rates and PAR changing, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rates can be divided into 3 models of part fit model,fundamental fit model and complete fit model.
