CaCl2浸种对甘蔗幼苗抗旱性的影响

【摘要】 用10 mmol/L CaCl2对甘蔗进行浸种处理,以清水浸种为对照,研究干旱胁迫前后CaCl2浸种对甘蔗幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫后,CaCl2浸种能提高甘蔗的叶片相对含水量,降低其质膜透性,增加叶片的叶绿素含量及其光合强度,从而提高了甘蔗幼苗的抗旱能力。

【Abstract】 Sugarcane Seedlings were submerged respectively in CaC12 Solution and pure water to study the effects of CaC12 10 mmo1/L solution on the physiological properties of sugarcane seedlings under drought stress.The results showed that the relative water content of leaves,the content of chlorophyll and photosynthesis increased, while plasma membrane permeability decreased by seedling-submerged in CaC12 solution under water stress, and indicated Ca2+ treatment can enhance the drought-resistance of sugarcane seedlings.
