【Abstract】 Fruit of 8 main kiwifruit cultivars were evaluated for external and internal quality by a sensory panel comprised of 60 customers of different ages and occupations. Fengyue was welcomed because of external quality while Cuiyu and Chuhong were welcomed because of internal quality. The most important factors which affected customer appeal were fruit shape and skin color, followed by fruit size and hairiness for external quality, and fruit taste followed by flesh color and aroma for internal quality.更多还原
