电磁处理对杂交水稻种子发芽特性的影响
Effect of Electrostaic and Magnetic Treatment on Hybrid Rice Seed Germination Performance
【摘要】 以发芽率和发芽指数为发芽特性指标,采用正交试验设计对杂交水稻种子分别进行静电、磁、电磁处理.结果表明,3种处理都能提高种子活力.最佳的处理为:静电处理中选电压100 V,频率2,处理45 min,放置6 h播种;磁处理中,磁化3次,放置6 h播种;电磁处理中,选电压220 V,处理15 min,频率为3,磁化4次,放置4 h后播种.
【Abstract】 Hybrid rice seed was respectively treated with electrostatic,magnetic and electrostatic-magnetic field to investigate their effects on germination performance through orthogonal test by using seed germination rate and index as its germination performance targets.The results showed all 3 treatments could improve the seeds’vitality.The optimum condition in electrostatic was voltage 100 V,frequency 2 Hz,time 45 min,and sow after laying aside 6 hours;and in magnetic,magnetized 3 times,and sow after the same time as the former treatment;in electrostatic-magnetic,was voltage 220 V,time 15 min,frequency 3 Hz,magnetized 4 times,and sow after 4 hours of laying aside.
