山东芋民族植物学与遗传多样性研究(英文)
Ethnobotany and Genetic Diversity of Taro in Shandong China
【摘要】 对中国山东汉族民间在芋栽培实践中发掘遗传的变异、培育新品种、造就山东芋遗传资源的多样性进行了广泛系统的调查和研究.分析了山东利用芋遗传资源,发展芋生产,不仅满足当地粮菜消费的需要,而且贮藏保鲜,制成加工品,成为出口创汇、发展地方经济的重要农副产品之一的成功内涵和植物文化.这是山东芋民族植物学研究的主要特点,也是国际植物遗传资源研究所选择山东为芋民族植物学研究试点的重要原因之一.由于芋产品出口量的增加和经济利益的驱动,造成芋栽培品种单一化,部分品种资源丢失或损失.因此,芋遗传资源的保护和利用应引起多方面的高度重视.
【Abstract】 Taro is a traditional cultivated crop in Shandong Province, China, whose seed conserved mainly by the vegetatively propagated method.This paper is an attempt to make a systematic investigation and study of the diversity of taro genetic resources in Shandong, exploring the genetic variations and cultivating new species in folk during the cultural practices.Utilization of these genetic resources to develop the taro production not only satisfies the need of the local vegetable and food consumption but also become one of the important agricultural by-products for export and development of local economy by preservating and processing. As the export increase and driving by economic benefits, result in the taro species simplified and apart of taro germplasm resources lost or extinguish.We should attach great importance to the protection and utilization of the taro genetic resources.
