水稻光温敏核不育系培矮64S种子休眠特性
On Seed Dormancy in Photoperiod (Thermo-) Sensitive Genetic Male Sterile Rice Peiai64S
【摘要】 为提供种子检验和休眠特性调控的依据,同时找到解除休眠的有效途径,对在湖南夏繁和海南春繁的培矮64S种子定期连续进行发芽率测定,并采用多种物理和化学方法处理休眠种子.结果表明培矮64S种子具有深度休眠特性,湖南夏繁和海南春繁的种子,休眠期(发芽率<80%,分别约45d和60d,完全解除休眠期(发芽率>99%)分别约77d和105d.培两优288和培两优500种子的休眠期与培矮64S种子无明显差异.种子的休眠与吸水速率无关.休眠种子的-淀粉酶、+淀粉酶活性均低于解除休眠状态种子相对应的酶活性.高温(40,50℃),GA3,H2O2和强氯精处理种子,均有解除休眠的作用,其中以强氯精250倍液处理24h效果最佳,是解除培矮64S及其杂交种子休眠最简便有效的方法.
【Abstract】 In order to gain the index of detecting seed and regulating the seed dormancy and seek for the effective method of breaking seed dormancy,the seed dormancy of PGMS Peiai 64S is studied through testing the germination frequency of the dormant seed continuously and termly with several physical and chemical methods.The results show that the seed of Peiai64S has a characteristic of deep dormancy.The dormant period of seed(its germination percentage was less than 80%) multiplied in summer from Hunan and in spring from Hainan were respectively about 45 days and 60 days,and the complete dormant period (its germination percentage was more than 99%)are 77 days and 105 days respectively.The difference of dormant period among Peiliangyou288, Peiliangyou500 and Peiai64S is not significant, and the dormancy of seed isnt correlative to the absorbing-water rate.at seed dormancy.Its anylase activities of -amylase and + amylase are lower than the ones in undormancy.The treatments of high temperature(40 ℃,50 ℃),GA3 ,H2O2 and Qianglvjing solution are effective to brenk seed dormancy.Furthermore,the treatment of Qianglvjing solution of 1∶250 which is 250 times,is the simplet and the most effective method .
