【Abstract】 A Question Answering dialogue system for limitative domains is introduced in this paper. This system is based on telephones and the Internet and can provide the optimal traffic route between two sites for travelers in Shanghai. It integrates the technologies of speech recognition, natural language understanding, speech generation and dialogue management and applies the partial syntax analysis to the language understanding. Furthermore, the proposed system is implemented by the semantic definition in the dialogue management and the design of error tolerance control. The structure of the system is also introduced and the design of language understanding and dialogue management modules are emphasized. An evaluation of the efficiency and understanding ability of the proposed system is finally carried out.更多还原
