三轴进给的叶片电解加工
Three-Axis ECM System for Machining Blades
【摘要】 为了消除多工序、多次定位对叶片电解加工精度的不利影响 ,自行研制开发了三轴进给的叶片电解加工系统及其控制系统软件 .该加工系统不仅可以实现叶身全方位一次电解成型 ,而且可按照优化的角度进行电解加工 .同时从理论上推导了叶片装夹角和阴极进给角与电解加工精度的关系 ,提出了二次判优准则 .在Unigraph软件平台上 ,对某型航空发动机叶片进行实体造型 ,并以叶片的实体造型为研究对象 ,结合二次判优准则及自行开发的判优软件 ,对叶片装夹角和阴极进给角进行优化 ,优化结果符合实际加工情况
【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the deterioration of the bla de ECM(Electrochemical Machining) accuracy resulting from multiple operations and multiple bearings,firstly,a three-axis blade ECM system and its corresponding control system software were developed.By This machining system,all the surfaces of a blade body can be processed in a single operation,and the blade can be machined along optimal angles.Next,the effect of blade fixture angle and cathode feed angle on machining accuracy was theoretically discussed,and the “double-optimization rule” was proposed.At the software platform of Unigraph,a type of aero-engine blade was moulded,and then the blade fixture angle and cathode feed angle were finally optimized by using the proposed “double optimization-rule” and arbitration software,with the mould of the blade as the object.The optimization results accord well with the actual machining process.
