TeO2-ZnO系统玻璃的化学稳定性
Chemical Durability of TeO2-ZnO Glass System
【摘要】 提出了一种精确定量地研究玻璃化学稳定性的新方法 .采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪 (简称ICP)定量分析了TeO2 -ZnO系统玻璃的组分与侵蚀时间的关系 ,从碲酸盐玻璃结构理论与价键理论的角度出发分析了水对该系统玻璃的侵蚀机理 .实验结果表明 ,水对该系统玻璃的侵蚀过程属于连续性溶解过程 ,在TeO2 与ZnO的摩尔比为 3时 ,玻璃的化学稳定性较好
【Abstract】 A new method to accurately and quantitatively study the chemical durability of glass was put forward.Induction Couple Plasma (ICP) was adopted to the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the TeO 2-ZnO glass system component and its corrosion period.The mechanism of the corrosion of TeO 2-ZnO glass system in water was then discussed in the light of the structure theory and valence-bond theory of tellurite glass system.The result expresses that the process of erosion is that of continuity dissolution and the chemical durability is better when the mole ratio of the TeO 2 to ZnO is 3 in the glass system.
