泡沫铝材料的一维粘塑性本构关系
One-dimension Viscous-plastic Constitution of Aluminum Foam
【摘要】 通过对不同初始密度的泡沫铝进行准静态压缩和动态冲击试验 ,得到了泡沫铝材料在中低应变率下的力学行为 .结合分析含多种内变量的粘塑性本构模型的物理意义 ,推荐了适合于泡沫铝材料的一维粘塑性本构模型 ,并对推荐模型进行了拟合 ,拟合结果与实验结果吻合比较好 .该模型和实验结果均反映了泡沫铝材料的应变率负敏感特性
【Abstract】 The mechanics behaviors of aluminum foam with medium and low strain rates were investigated by the quasi-static compression test and the dynamic impact test of aluminum foam with different initial densities. Based on the analyses of the investigated results and the physical meaning of the viscous-plastic constitution mo-del containing various internal variables, a one-dimension viscous-plastic constitution model for aluminum foam was recommended and then fitted. It is found that the fitted results conform the experimental results well. Both the constitution model and the experiment results have revealed the negative strain-rate sensitivity of aluminum foam.
