二步法合成酚醛树脂结合剂的研究
Study of synthesizing phenolic resin binder by two-step technology
【摘要】 采用二步法合成工艺合成了甲阶酚醛树脂,研究了醛酚摩尔比、催化剂品种对酚醛树脂残碳量的影响。当采用碱金属碳酸盐作催化剂;醛酚摩尔比为1.35~1.37时;树脂具有最高的残碳量。采用最优化工艺合成的液体酚醛树脂残碳量达到49%。与一步法合成工艺相比,残碳量提高4~5%,抗氧化温度提高40~50℃。由此合成的结合剂适用于含碳耐火材料的制造。
【Abstract】 Phenolic resin possessing higher remaining carbon was synthesized by two-step technology. The influence of mole ratio of phenol and formaldehyde and kinds of catalysts has been studied. By Na2CO3 or K2CO3 as catalyst, the phenolic resin possesses the highest remaining carbon when the molar ratio of formaldehyde and phenol is from 1.35 to 1.37. The remaining carbon of the liquid resin is 49% by adopting best technology. Compare with one-step technology, 4~5% more remaining carbon and 40~50℃ higher anti-oxidation temperature can be achieved. It is suitable to make refractory containing carbon.
