【摘要】 多层钢结构住宅体系具有抗震性能好、施工速度快、环保等诸多优点,是目前国家大力提倡的一种住宅结构体系。本文以工程实例计算说明了这种体系结构自振周期和变形的特点,及在风和地震作用下其控制荷载的规律,这些结果为钢结构住宅的推广和应用提供了一个较好的基础。

【Abstract】 The residential building with multistory steel frame has a great deal of advantages, such as good performance under seismic action, fast speed of construction, favor to environmental protection. Therefore, this kind of residential building structures is recommended by the government at present. This paper has introduced the characteristics of this kind of structure systems, the strength performance characteristics of this kind of structure systems has be proved through computing with the project instances, and some practical suggestions are offered for better application of this kind of structure systems.
