【摘要】 偶氮染料是优良的二阶非线性光学生色分子,而硅烷化合物又具有优良的光学光导透明性和非线性。可以预期,在偶氮染料中引入硅烷基团,将提高以偶氮染料为非线性光生色分子的有机光折变材料的光折变效应。为此,我们在合成偶氮化合物的基础上,又合成了偶氮硅烷化合物,并进行了结构表征。红外光谱图和紫外光谱图表明硅烷基团已经成功地连接在偶氮分子上了。

【Abstract】 Azo-dye is a quality second-order nonlinear light-induced chromophore molecular. Silicohydride compound has excellent photoconduction, transparence and non-linearity. According to it, we may anticipate that incorporating silicon alkyl into azo-dye may lead to increase the photorefractive effect of the organic photorefractive material in which azo-dyes are used to be a light-induced chromophore molecular. On the basis of the azo-dye,we synthesis silicon alkyl azocompound. Their structures were characterized by IR and UV. It indicates that silicon alkyl has been introduced to azocompound.
