【Abstract】 With literature, expert consultation, comparison and my over-ten-year volleyball teaching experience in college, this article tries to explore more techniques in volleyball teaching. It’s thought that the height of the volleyball net should be lowered appropriately. Considering the real condition of the college students, we should reform some volleyball teaching methods so as so make a firm basis for its further popularity and development in college.更多还原
