紫外光Fenton试剂法处理合成洗涤剂废水研究
Study on Treatment of Waste Water of Synthetic Detergent by Ultraviolet Light/Fenton Reagent
【摘要】 采用紫外光辅以Fenton试剂对合成洗涤剂废水进行深度处理。通过试验 ,讨论了H2 O2 、FeSO4·7H2 O的量、pH值、紫外光波长、光照时间的影响 ,选定了最佳条件 :Fe2 + 浓度为 4 4 .5mg/L ,H2 O2 浓度为 16 5 6mg/L ,溶液的pH值为 3,紫外光波长范围 2 4 0~ 30 0nm。并进一步做了循环式流动态试验 ,为合成洗剂废水的深度处理提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Ultraviolet light/Fenton reagent process is used in deep treatment of waste water of synthetic scourage. The effecting factors such as the quantity of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O used,pH value,the wavelength of ultraviolet light ,the irradiation time with ultraviolet light etc. obtained through experiment are discussed. The optimal operation conditions are selected as follows:Fe2+44.5mg/L,H2O2 1656mg/L , pH value 3 and the wavelength of ultraviolet light 240~300nm. Dynamic experiments of circulating flow is carried out so as to provide the scientific basis of deep treatment of waste water of synthetic detergent.
