马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂复合材料的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Composite Material of Organosilicon Resin Modified by Maleimine
【摘要】 合成了二元胺扩链马来酰亚胺封端有机硅齐聚物 ,采用FT -IR对其结构进行表征 ,通过试验计算其固化表观活化能为 2 0 .93kJ/mol。同时制备了玻璃纤维增强有机硅树脂 ,初步研究了树脂配比对复合材料力学强度的影响 ,当m(BMI)∶m(MDA) =3∶1时 ,复合材料具有最佳的综合力学性能 ,拉伸强度达到 4 5 0MPa ,弯曲强度为 12 3MPa ,冲击强度为 72kJ/m2 ,布氏硬度 (HB)为 2 4kg/mm2 。
【Abstract】 Organosilicon resin is synthesized by organosilicon oligimer with functional termination maleimide(BMI) and dianiline(MDA). Its structure is characterized by FT-IR. The experimental results calculated show that, the curing surface energy is 20.93kJ/mol. Meantime, the composite material of organosilicon resin modified by maleimide is prepared and the influence of resin formula ratio (mass ratio) on dynamic strength of composite material is studied. It is found out that, when m(BMI)∶m(MDA)=3∶1, the composite material possesses the best comprehensive properties. The tensile strength reaches 450MPa, flexural strength 123MPa, impact strength 72kJ/m~2 and hardness(HB) 24kg/mm~2.
