【摘要】 缩醛和醚类物质在一定条件下可被水解。本文研究了回收季戊四醇溶液或季戊四醇母液加压水解时pH值、压力和时间等因素对缩醛水解的影响。水解后所得季戊四醇产品的羟值由46～47.5提高到48.3以上,单季戊四醇含量可达94%,产品色泽纯正;季戊四醇装置收率提高1%～2%,提高了装置整体效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aldehyde acetals and ethers can be hydrolyzed under certain conditions. The factors such as pH value,pressure and time in pressurized hydrolysis of pentaerythrite solution and pentaerythrite mother liquor are studied. The hydroxyl value of the product after hydrolysis raises from 46～47.5 to 48.3 and the content ofpentaerythrite reaches 94%.
