茶皂素改性有机硅季铵盐的合成及应用
The Synthesis and Application of Quaternary Silicone Polymers Modified by Tea Saponins
【摘要】 以含氢硅油与不饱和聚醚进行硅氢化反应,再与茶皂素进行酯化反应,与叔胺盐酸盐反应制得茶皂素改性有机硅季铵盐,其转化率分别达到95%、90%、95%。应用在洗发香波中,最佳用量为0.1~0.4%(质量分数)。讨论了茶皂素和季铵盐含量对香波性能的影响,结果证明,当n(茶皂素)∶n(季铵盐)=2.5~3.5∶1时,对香波的调理性能最佳。
【Abstract】 The synethesis and application of the title compound were described. It was prepared by the hydrosilication reaction of organosilicon and undersaturated polyether, the esterification of above product with tea saponins and the quaternary reaction with tertionary amine. The inversion rations of above reactions were respectively 95%,90% and 95%. The optimum addittion of the product in superior shampoo is 0.1%~0.4%. The effects on shampoo character of the contents of tea saponins and quaternay ammonium was discussed, the results showed that the n(tea saponins)∶n(quatermay ammonium) is 2.5~3.5∶1,the conditioner capability is the best.
