丙虫磷的合成研究
Study on the Synthesis of Propaphos
【摘要】 苯酚与二甲基二硫在无机酸的催化下合成对甲硫基苯酚,收率达到90%。三氯化磷与正丙醇合成亚磷酸二正丙酯再氯化成O,O 二正丙基磷酰氯,收率达到90%。对甲硫基苯酚与O,O 二正丙基磷酰氯在K2CO3的存在下合成丙虫磷,总收率达到65%以上。
【Abstract】 In the presence of inorganic acid as catalyst,p-methylthiophenol was prepared form phenol and dimethyldisulfur, the yield over 90%. Dipropyl phosphite was prepared form phosphorus thichloride and n-propyl alcohol then chlorinated O,O-dipropyl chlorohosphate, the yield over 90%. Propaphos was prepared form p-methylthiophenol and 0,0-dipropyl chlorophoshate in the presence of K2CO3,with an overall yield of 65%.
