【摘要】 学报的多元化整体性特点要求学报编辑工作必须善于进行结构性组配。学报编辑宏观结构性组配主要依靠栏目的设置来体现 ,栏目的设置必须与刊物的定位相一致 ,主线分明 ,层次有序 ,在稳定中求变化 ,在变化中求统一。学报编辑中观结构性组配主要通过选题策划来实现 ,要注意创新、守常与连续。学报编辑的微观结构性组配要求筛选择取最适合的文章 ,优化这些文章的排列组合 ,使各单篇文章构成一个统一整体 ,以体现学报一贯的宗旨、风格和特色。可以说 ,微观是根 ,中观是干 ,宏观是树 ,没有发达的根系 ,没有健壮的枝干 ,就难以形成绿荫如盖的大树。更多还原

【Abstract】 The journal, characterized by pluralism and entirety, requires the editorial board to be good at organization and allocation. Its macro-structural organization and allocation are mainly reflected by the column designs, which should be consistent with the orientation of the journal, be with clear mainline and orderly levels, and which should seek variation in stability and unity in variation.
