【Abstract】 The project "West-East Gas Transmission" is another great project of one hundred billion Yuan following the "Three Gorges Project", which passes through Huainan and terminates in Shanghai. The Yangtse River delta to be served by the project is the market of Huainan’s coal and power. In the face of these situations, this thesis attempts a brief analysis of two important issues: What effects will the project have on the exploitation and utilization of Huainan’s coal resource?
