【Abstract】 Gambiling on yard remains incessant after repeated prohibition in Hunan Province because it has relatively great temptation.This gambling activity has charged large amount of the weath of the people,the most important is it has endangered the production,living and work.At the same time,the prestige of the CPC and government among the masses has been damaged,the social ostabiliby has also been influenced by it.
