改善高燃速推进剂安定性的途径
Way of Improving the Stability of High Burning Rate Propellant
【摘要】 DSC、甲基紫试验和失重试验研究了高燃速推进剂的热安定性。借助热加速老化试验,得到了65℃、75℃、85℃和95℃下推进剂热分解期间有效安定剂随时间的变化曲线。在寿命计算中,视消耗50%有效安定剂所需时间(τ)为推进剂安全储存寿命的终点。对不同温度(T)下的τ值,用线性最小二乘法按Bethelot方程T=a+blogτ进行了拟合。借助所得方程,预估了30℃时4种高燃速推进剂的安全储存寿命。结果表明:含1,3 二甲基 1,3 二苯脲(C2)和CdO的推进剂(A)、含间苯二酚(ReS)、C2和CdO的推进剂(B)和含C2和ReS的推进剂(C)的相对热安定性的降低次序为:A>B>C。用安定剂CdO部分或全部取代ReS可使高燃速推进剂的热安定性提高,储存寿命延长。密闭储存是改善含ReS推进剂安定性和延长该推进剂储存寿命的有效途径。
【Abstract】 The thermal stability of high burning rate propellant is studied by DSC, methyl violet test and weight loss test. With the help of thermal accelerated aging test, the curves of change of the effective stabilizer with time during the thermal decomposition of propellants at 65 ℃,75 ℃,85 ℃and 95 ℃ are obtained. In the calculation of life, the time (τ) needed for consuming the effection. stabilizer of 50% at various temperatures (T) is defined as the end point of safe storage life of the propellant. The values of τ at various temperatures are fitted to Bethelot’s equation, T=a+blogτ, by the linear least-squares method. With the help of the obtained equations, the safe storage life at 30 ℃ is predicted for four high burning rate propellants. The results show that the relative thermal stability of the propellant containing 1,3-dimethyl-1,3-diphenyl urea (C2) and CdO (A), the propellant containing resorcin (ReS), C2 and CdO (B) and the propellant containing C2 and Res (C) decreases in the order A>B>C. Replacing Res partly or wholly with CdO as a stabilizer increases the thermal stability and extends the storage life of propellants. The storage in closed environment is an effective way for improving the stability and extending the storage life of the propellant containing ReS.
