组合扫描电路及其性能
The Combined Scanning Circuit and Its Characteristics
【摘要】 论述了恒流管—自举式组合扫描电路的工作原理,并且引入优劣系数、极限参数,论证了其性能比恒流管充电式、自举式扫描电路的更佳。
【Abstract】 The author proves the working theory of constant current transistor-bootstrap mode combined scanning circuit. At the same time, he draws in good-bad coefficient, limit coefficient, and proves that the characteristics of this circuit is better than that of constant current transistor charge mode and bootstrap mode circuit.
