【摘要】 目的　观察奥沙利铂联用氟脲嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌 (ACRC)的疗效和安全性。方法　收治晚期大肠癌患者 3 0例 ,采用L_OHP 13 0mg/m2 静脉滴注 4hd1 ;CF 2 0 0mg/m2 静脉滴注半小时后 5_Fu 5 0 0mg/m2 静脉滴注 6hd1～ 5,每 3周重复。结果　部分缓解 (PR) 9例 ,稳定 (SD) 8例 ,进展 (PD) 8例 ,总有效率 3 6%。毒性反应主要为感觉神经毒性 ( 90 %) ,其次为恶心呕吐 ( 60 %)和腹泻 ( 4 6 7%)。骨髓抑制毒性小。结论　L_OHP联合 5_Fu、CF治疗大肠癌疗效肯定 ,耐受性良好 ,值得临床进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of combination chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin (L_OHP) plus 5_Fluorouracil (5_Fu)/Folinic acid (CF) in advanced colorectal cancer (ACRC) Methods 30 patients with ACRC entered the study L_OHP 130 mg/m 2, iv infusion for 4 hours on day 1;CF 200 mg/m 2,iv infusion for 0 5 hours followed by 5_Fu 500 mg/m 2,iv infusion for 6 hours from day 1 to 5 ,repeated every 3 weeks Results There were 9 partial responses, 8 stable diseases, 8 progressive diseases, the response rate being 36% The main adverse effect was neuro_sensory toxicity, which was seen in 90% of the patients Vomiting and diarrhea were observed in 60% and 46 7% of the patients respectively Marrow suppression was mild Conclusions L_OHP combination with 5_Fu/CF yields an encouraging response with acceptable toxicity in our study Furthermore clinical research is worthwhile更多还原
