【摘要】 目的　探讨小儿淋巴结霍奇金病的诊断要点。方法　对 18例小儿淋巴结霍奇金病的组织学特点和免疫表型特点进行分析。结果　各种霍奇金病在组织学以及免疫表型上既有共同点 ,又有差异 ,其中 ,CD15 ,CD3 0 ,CD45 ,Fascin在四种亚型的霍奇金病中的表达有显著差异 ,P <0 0 5。结论　组织学与免疫表型相结合 ,有助于提高霍奇金的诊断与分型的准确率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the crucial points in the diagnoses of Hodgkin’s Disease in children’s lymph node.Methods To analyse the immunological as well as histological characters of 18 cases of lymph nodel Hodgkin’s Disease. Results All types of Hodgkin’s Disease have some uniform characters and differences in immunological and histological characters.The expression of CD15,CD30,CD45 and Fascin in different subtype of Hodgkin’s Disease is significantly different( P <0 05). Conclusions the detection of histological and immunological characters at the same time can benefit the diagnoses and classification of Hodgkin’s Disease in lymph node.更多还原
