【摘要】 目的　探讨检测端粒酶活性在恶性淋巴瘤临床意义。方法　采用TRAP PCRELISA检测方法 ,对 3 0例恶性淋巴瘤细针穿刺标本中端粒酶活性进行了检测 ,同期取淋巴结良性病变 2 2例作对照 ,恶性淋巴瘤均取病理活检证实。结果　良性淋巴结病变端粒酶活性为 0 .0 3 4± 0 .0 2 6,恶性淋巴瘤端粒酶活性为 0 .3 49± 0 .14 3 ,两组之间端粒酶活性检测差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　恶性淋巴瘤细针穿刺标本中端粒酶活性检测具有重要的临床意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of detection of telomerase in malignant lymphoma lesion.Methods The telomerase activity in 30 malignant lymphoma lesion was detected by PCR-ELISA method .The fine-needle aspirates of 22 benign lesions were used as control. 30 malignant lymphoma all were conformed by pathology. Results The telomerase activity was 0.034±0.026 of the benign lymph node lesions and 0.349± 0.143 of the malignant lymphoma lesions ( P <0.001 ). Conclusion Telomerase activity is of great significance in malignant lymphoma fine-needle aspirates.更多还原
