【摘要】 目的　探讨Syndecan 1和E cadherin在乳癌组织中的表达及其与乳癌浸润转移之间的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学SP染色技术 ,检测不同乳腺组织中Syndecan 1和E cadherin的表达。结果　Syndecan 1、E cadherin在乳癌组织中表达下调 ,与其在纤维腺瘤 ,正常乳腺组织中的表达相比差异显著 ( 5 3 .7%vs10 0 % ,P =0 .0 0 5 )。Syndecan 1、E cadherin减弱表达与乳癌的淋巴结转移有显著相关性 (P =0 .0 0 1,P =0 .0 0 0 )。Syndecan 1表达与乳癌TNM分期、癌块大小、是否浸润无关 ;E cadherin表达下调与乳癌TNM分期、浸润有相关性 (P =0 .0 0 0 ,P =0 .0 14 )。浸润性导管癌中E cadherin表达下调缺失与癌块大小有关 (≥ 3cmvs <3cm ,P =0 .0 4)。乳癌中Syndecan 1与E cadherin表达有明显相关性。结论　由Syndecan 1和E cadherin介导的细胞间黏附作用在乳癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。两者表达降低与乳癌转移密切相关。Syndecan 1和E cadherin表达存在显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of Syndecan-1, E-cadherin in breast cancer and the characters of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.Methods The expressions of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin were measured in different breast tissues by using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry.Results Significant difference of the expressions of Syndecan-1,E-cadherin existed between normal breast,fibroadenoma and breast carcinoma(P=0.005).Significant correlation existed between the decreased expressions of Syndecan-1,E-cadherin and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(P=0.001,P=0.000).No correlations were found between the expression of Syndecan-1 and the TNM stage ,the size of tumor and the invasion of breast carcinoma;The down regulation of the expression of E-cadherin correlated the TNM stage of tumor and the invasion of breast carcinoma(P=0.000,P=0.014). The down regulation of the expression of E-cadherin correlated the size of tumor in invasive ductal carcinoma (≥3 cm vs <3 cm,P=0.04).The expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin in breast cancer existed significant correlation.Conclusions Intercellular adhesion mediated by E-cadherin and Syndecan-1 play an important role in the occurring and development of breast cancer.Down regulation of E-cadherin and Syndecan-1 correlated the metastasis of breast cancer. The expression of Syndecan-1 and E-cadherin existde signifigant correlation.更多还原
