【摘要】 目的　探讨胃癌中核因子 ΚappaB(NF κB)和MMP 7表达及相互关系。方法　采用免疫组化PV 90 0 0法检测 48例胃癌和 14例正常胃黏膜组织中NF κB亚单位P65蛋白 ,MMP 7蛋白。结果　NF κBP65蛋白和MMP 7蛋白在胃癌中 ,淋巴结转移组 ,低分化胃癌中显著增高 ,且NF κBP65蛋白的表达与MMP 7蛋白的表达密切相关。结论　NF κBP65 ,MMP 7在胃癌的浸润转移和组织分化过程中发挥重要作用 ,NF κB上调MMP 7的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the expression of NF-κB and MMP-7 protein in gastric carcinoma and their relation.Methods NF-κB P65 protein and MMP-7 protein were determined in 48 cases of gastric carcinoma and 14 cases of normal gastric mucosa by immunohistochemistry PV-9000.Results The expression level of NF-κB protein and MMP-7 protein were significantly higher in carcinoma lymph node metastasis and poorly differential carcinoma and there were intense relationships between NF-κB P65 and MMP-7 protein.Conclusions NF-κB,MMP-7 play an important role in carcinoma metastasis and tissue differentiate.
