军用雷达成本波动的源头探索与关键控制
The Fluctuation Resource and Key Control of Military Radar Cost
【摘要】 根据军用雷达成本涉及的各个方面,建立雷达成本波动评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法确定其重要影响因子及权重,构造具有望小特性的评价函数可用于竞标决策选优,为军用雷达成本控制提供即时管理。
【Abstract】 According to the factors of radar cost management,this paper build an evaluation index of Rar’s cost,applying Principal Components Analysis to evaluate it,providing a control function for biding and a new method for its cost key control.
