【摘要】 目的　探讨自凝刀微创技术治疗子宫肌瘤、功血、宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法　对 2 0 0 3- 0 5～2 0 0 4 - 0 5间治疗的子宫肌瘤 35例 ,功血 30例 ,宫颈糜烂 35例患者的临床资料及随访结果进行分析。结果　 30例功血中治愈 2 8例 ,好转 2例 ;35例肌瘤中 ,治愈 34例 ,好转 1例 ;宫颈糜烂 35例 ,全部治愈。结论　自凝刀微创技术对以上 3种疾病有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of hysteromyoma, dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) and cervical erosion with micro-invasive auto-coagulator. Methods The clinical data and follow-up results of 35 cases hysteromyoma, 30 cases DUB and 35 cases cervical erosion patients from May 2003 to May 2004 were analyzed. Results 28 cases of hysteromyoma were healed and 2 cases were good. 34 cases of DUB were healed and 1 case was good. 35 cases were healed. Conclusion The micro-invasive auto-coagulator could treat the three disease mentioned above and the indication should be discussed further.更多还原
