【Abstract】 The were many infections involved the skeletal muscle in clinic and how to select the effective antibiotics had been the key point of medical staffs concerned. This paper had discussed the interruption of cell wall synthesis, ribosomal, DNA synthesis and inhibiting bacteria growth and summarized the varied antibiotics application and attentions.
